Founded in 2004 by Joe Sigua and Erwin Sigua, SIGUA Real Estate rapidly became a leading independent real estate company in Northern Nevada, ranking among the top 25 brokerages in sales production out of over 350 in the region.

In response to the 2008 Great Recession, SIGUA expanded into residential property management.

After the Great Financial Crisis, SIGUA further grew 10X through Property Under Management. Furthermore, SIGUA diversified its Real Estate offerings:
